Welcome to Mid Penn Bank!

As of May 19, the holding companies of Mid Penn Bank and Brunswick Bank & Trust Company have completed the merger of our organizations. Together, we will provide the resources of a larger institution and expand customer access to commercial, retail, and investment products and services, while maintaining the personal focus you experience today.

Mid Penn Bank has been serving customers since 1868, and much the same as Brunswick Bank & Trust Company, upholds the ideals of community banking where decisions are made locally, quickly, and in the heart of the communities we serve. I am thrilled to tell you that recently we ranked sixth nationally on S&P Global Market Intelligence’s list of Best-Performing Community Banks with $3 billion to $10 billion in total assets. Of the 196 banks that qualified, Mid Penn Bank was the only bank on the list in Pennsylvania and ranked higher than any bank in New Jersey. Also, earlier this year we were named Best Small Bank in Pennsylvania on Newsweek’s America’s Best Banks list for the second consecutive year.

Behind the scenes, we are preparing for a full transition in July, but I am pleased to share that you will have access to Mid Penn Bank’s lending services, both consumer and commercial, effective immediately.
